I have lightly scratched my car please help me!!?

Hi guys...I am wondering if any of you can help me, basically I have lightly scratched my brand new Mini, it's red...none of the actual paint work has come off it's just been lightly scratched in a cluster of areas....I think I scratched it when I was backing out of my drive and my bonnet scratched against my hedge, so it's nothing major, but it's my car and the thought of the scratches being there is a nightmare! I have done some research and am maybe thinking of taking it into a car wash place and getting it buffed, seeing as none of the paint work has been scratched deeply so that it has come off. Any help would be appreciated so so so much!! I'm getting soo worried xx
