Is my grandmother a hypocrite? She says she's Jehovah's witness but... ?

She goes to the doctor when she's sick, accepts our Christmas gifts, eats our thanksgiving food && always flip flopping from kingdom hall to baptist churches! I wanna call get out on it but I don't wanna be rude nor wrong.
