Identify this song/artist by music video?

In the music video, I think it begins in a dressing room and the woman in the video receives flowers but throws them out.. then she's seen walking down the street alone in a crazy, flamboyant black and white checkered(?) dress.. eventually she ends up at home at her apartment and goes to sleep.
