Can you heal from psychological traumas like rape?

i wont go into my childhood on here but yes a child can heal and get over almost anything some can do it on their own others need counseling. i am now the father of 5 wonderful children and they are all well rounded loving caring and no i never repeated the abuse i suffered at the hands of my parents and i rarely even think about my childhood the only time it comes to mind is when i punish my children because i don't want to raise my children in anyway that resembles the horrors i grew up in.

WHat is horrible, is that the guy should of been deported a long time ago. Those who believe in compassion should agree that he is out of control after the second DUI. THat along a man who was caught driving with out a license to commit 3 DUI's is inexcusable. We should of found out the stolen identity along time ago as well. The horrible thing is that this man is still costing our country.

I am trying to find a band. All I can remember is the music video. (All the band members are on car bonnets. Cars are speeding in a police chase.) Songs only 2-3 years old I think. Any idea's will be very helpful. Thanks a lot.

What to wear to a pool party?

I would wear the second one with jean shorts. maybe matching earings if you have them or just diamond ones. for make up i would either wear h2o prof mascara or nothing cause otherwise it will just smear. i wouldnt do your hair tooo fancy either it will just get wet and go back to your natural hair so messy bun, pony, braid, or rock the natural look down: maybe add a cute headband. bring a bag with everything youll need after including towel, extra clothes, makeup if want, snack, whatever works!!
