How do you cross pollinate peppers?

i am growing many of the hottest peppers in the world including the bhut jolokia, scotch bonnet, red savina, and a couple others. my question is how do i breed them together for example the bhut jolokia and the red savina how do i make a hybrid of those two. do i just take the pollen from one and put it on the others flower? or what
