Highlighting your hair while pregnant, opinions?

I am thinking about highlighting my hair using a cap (for those of you who dont know what that is, it is basically a plastic bonnet that you poke holes into and pulls strands of hair through so the color does not touch your scalp). Has anyone else highlighted their hair while pregnant and not had any problems?
