No you do not have a case. You were in an accident because you tried to pass the tractor trailer. Although you are still in denial, the accident is partially your fault. Your car would not have been damaged if you had remained behind the tractor trailer. You are lucky that you were not seriously hurt. You should let it go and learn from this experience. I usually try to put as much distance between myself and a tractor trailer as possible.
