Does anesthesia reduce the effectiveness of birth control?

I had tooth extraction performed under general anesthesia yesterday and forgot to ask if it will mess up my birth control pills. I don't know the exact drug that they used to knock me out, otherwise I'd use an interaction checker online. Does anyone know if general anesthesia typically interferes with birth control effectiveness?
