Does the Urantia Book teach annihilatonism/ Conditional immortality?

I heard once on tv show about the book that it teaches the wicked are burned up and destroyed...much like the interpretation of the Bible by Seventh Day Adventists and Jehovah's Witnesses. Is that true? If not, what does the book teach? Is there endless torment for bad people?
