Car accident, the guy rammed me and was speeding?

if you are park,t ,and not moving it is no way it is you re fault ,unless you are parkt in danger es position ,that could cause him to collied with you if you proceeded to pull out and leave him no space ,in the road ,thus causing a collision ,he could argue it was youre fault , as you should have stayed ,until he got past ,but if he as speeding ,like you say ,this would prevent him from stopping ,when you pulled out ,in any case ,you should have exchanged ,insurance details ,give the insurance company all the details ,of the accident ,and let them decide on who is at fault ,without the full facts ,like as there enough room for him to proceed down the road ,even if you did pull out a little ,without him careering into youre vehicle ,remember that if he was speeding ,,this could be why,he could not stop ,even if you did restrict the road,,if he as travelling at a slower speed ,then he could have avoided hitting you ,,,,,good luck
