I'm 32 weeks pregnant & need advice?

lately i been feeling real dizzy even laying down it comes suddenly like the whole room feels like it's spinning & today i started to feel my hands tingling like if they were swelling kinda? I'm just really really confused about this. I never witnessed it with my first pregnancy... please help!!! could it be preeclampsia ??? should i go to the er ?? help please!!!
