Why does he never text me first? :(?

shy guys...tough haha, but he probably just isn't used to texting people first. Some people, guys and girls, never text first. It seems like he might like you, but I'm not completely sure. And you have to remember that not a lot of girls have liked him. But even just a :P face could be an attempt at flirting with a shy guy.
